Yes, you’ll need a water source to fill the tub, but there’s no need for a permanent plumbing connection—a simple garden hose works perfectly! If no water supply is available, you can choose our 1000L water delivery option, which we can deliver to any location.

For our standard wood-fired hot tubs, no electrical supply is needed to operate. However, if you’re planning to add accessories like lights, jets, or air bubbles, an electrical connection will be necessary. We recommend consulting a qualified electrician before ordering to assess the cost and feasibility of setting up the power supply and making the final connection once your tub is in place.

No special base is needed, but the surface must be level and capable of supporting up to 2,500kg (depending on the tub size). Suitable surfaces include decking, concrete, or even a flat patch of grass.

Using a regular garden hose, filling a 1000L tub generally takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes, depending on your local water pressure and flow rate. If you opt for our water delivery service, we use an automatic pump that can fill the tub in under 20 minutes.
